Receptionist – Three Months Contract ( Looking for UAE and GCC Nationals)

Service Ambassador will be responsible performing a variety of service activities in an exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out all administrative tasks, ensuring all activities are completed within timescales and with a high degree of accuracy, whilst providing excellent customer service, to both external and internal customers, and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures.
Greet clients, guide customers either to a service desk or waiting area assess their needs.
Orient clients about required service unit and to handle existing client’s requests and complaints.
Ensure compliance with policy, procedures, standards and reporting requirements, plus any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements.
Identify and act on ways to improve own knowledge and skills, and consequently improve the knowledge and skill level of the company.
Perform any other duties or tasks as required or instructed by the line manager to support the smooth operation of the company.
Achieve set targets against service standards for customers’ services.
Adhering to telephone standards and etiquette.

Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates.
Ability to function autonomously and with integrity keeping the CLEAR's customers and business partners best interests in line.
· Identify the areas of focus/improvements that will enhance the customer experience
Educational and Technical Qualifications:
High school or Diploma.
Minimum 1-year experience in customer interface preferably in a service industry.
Strong communication & collaboration skills

Ability to communicate with all managers, supervisors and fellow associates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with potential customers and members alike.
· Detail oriented with a great sense of pride for self and company integrity.
Language Skills: English and Arabic – Good Written and Spoken
Years of Experience: 1 years of experience.
1 years of experience in customer interface.
