We are currently looking for a Reservation Agent for our 4-star and 5-star properties in Abu Dhabi.

PURPOSE
* To handle reservation inquiries and to convert them into bookings
* To process enquires, bookings, amendments and cancellations thereof in the most effective and timely manner
* To establish, develop and maintain good working relations with the bookers of all clients of the hotel in support of the sales effort
* To apply the yield strategies and policies of the hotel to ensure maximum occupancy/revenue

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience as a Reservation Agent
* Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel
* Previous experience in the Middle East/UAE
* Good command of English (spoken/written), Arabic language skills a definite benefit
* Time Management
* Previous experience with Fidelio, ideally Opera
* Computer Literate
