Facilities Manager required to manage a TFM/Non-TFM Contract in AJMAN/DUBAI.
• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as FM in UAE
• Bachelor's Degree Holder
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Previous Experience in handling projects of large size (300 + Manpower (Hard Service/ Soft Service/ Hospitality Services/ Inside Units + Specialized Jobs subcontractors)
• Previous experience in handling government and non-government contracts/ clients .
• Previous Experience managing team of engineers/ supervisors/ contractors
• Previous experience in handling subcontracts/ specialized jobs.
