Procurement Engineers

- Minimum 6 Year in Procurement in UAE Contracting Industry
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
- High Computer skills ( Well Versed in Microsoft Excel and AutoCAD)
- Good technical knowledge of contracting supplies.
- Negotiations Skills and Resourcefulness
- Conversant with material and technical specifications, applications etc.
- Knowledge of Procurement Procedure terms & conditions.

Contract Administrators

-Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
-Minimum 7 years’ experience in in UAE Contracting Industry
-Solid understanding of various construction contracts format/standard (incl. FIDIC)
-Ability to draft bespoke construction contract.
-Project management – having detailed knowledge within the engineering and contractor business is a must, as it helps in identifying problems, and contributing to solutions related to the project
-Knowledge in Claim Management.

Estimators

- Should have UAE experience minimum of 7 years and bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineer
- Having leadership quality to run the QS department professionally and independently
- Taking initiative, ability to manage the work, getting work done from subordinates, and meeting the deadlines
- Having good communication skills to speak and write in English, with relevant knowledge like Plan swift, Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge in Preparing the Budget for the Projects

Cost Control Engineers

-Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering
-Good knowledge in Planning and Site Execution
-Minimum of 5 years’ experience.
-Professional development, teamwork, process excellence, execution excellence, decision making.
-Well Knowledge in ERP
-Method of measurements, computer skills and communications skills in English language (read, write, and speak).
-Well Versed in Microsoft Excel.

Quantity Surveyors

-Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering
-Required 4 years of Precontract or post Contract Construction Experience
-Sound knowledge of construction.
-Strong Knowledge in Microsoft Excel , Plan Swift and AutoCAD.
