We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in UAE for the role of Dialer.

Location - Dubai, UAE.
Contract - 1 year
Salary - up to AED 7K
Experience - Minimum 2 years of experience in Dialer(Home country experience will also be considered)

Visa will be provided

Requirements:
§ Minimum 2+ years of experience in WFM - Dialer
§ Exposure to Banking domain
§ Effective collaboration with the team and stakeholder

Job Role:
§ Handle the WFM tools - dialer for outbound & inbound process for different segments.
§ Ensure adherence to campaign requirements in terms modes of Preview or Predictive and Data & Creating New Campaigns based on the Scripts used.
§ Maximize outbound dialer efficiency to increase right party contacts & Ensure no disruption to the daily productivity of outbound calling occurs.
§ Monitor dialer performance and recommend lead segmentation strategies in support of calling strategies.
§ Publish Database MIS, Performance reports & other reports based on client requirement.
§ Identify process bottlenecks and build new solutions.
§ Consolidating Dialed data & extracting Contractibility along with the Conversion Ratios.
