Location: Dubai

Analyse project costs, including materials, labour, equipment, and overhead expenses.

Develop and maintain cost estimation models to forecast project budgets accurately.


Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.


Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to optimize project profitability.

Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to provide financial insights and support project planning.

Prepare regular reports on project financial performance, variance analysis, and cost trends.

Conduct periodic reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts as needed.

Participate in the development and implementation of cost control procedures and best practices.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements relevant to cost accounting in the construction and maintenance sector.

Support ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as assigned.



Qualification:



A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with a professional qualification, is required. CMA certification is a plus.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, cost analysis techniques, and financial reporting.


Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel. Experience with ERP systems especially SAP is desirable.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make recommendations.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial calculations and reporting.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.
