Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Project Engineer with a strong background in High-rise Construction Projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to quality control and handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Project Manager in all aspects of project execution, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
Review and analyze construction drawings and specifications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, schedules, and risk assessments.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
Monitor and track project progress and identify potential delays or risks.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures on site.
Participate in value engineering discussions and propose solutions to optimize project costs and efficiency.
Prepare and process project change orders.
Assist with project handover and closeout activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience working as a Project Engineer in high-rise construction projects (experience in Dubai is highly preferred).
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes applicable in Dubai.
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and AutoCAD.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic fluency is a plus.
