We are hiring for our client, a leading bank in UAE for the role of Insights – Business Intelligence

Location - Dubai, UAE.
Contract - 1 year (Extendable)
Salary – Upto AED 16K + Other benefits as per UAE labor law
Experience - Minimum 3-5 years (Home country experience will also be considered)

Requirements:
- Min. 3 – 5 year of experience on the Business Intelligence domain is mandatory
- Exposure in multiple Banking Projects
- Good knowledge on tools like VBA, Qlikview, SAS, SQL, Power BI
- Stakeholder Management within operational units and clients

Job Role:
- Set up MIS deliverables for new transitioned units
- Proactively perform simulation and models to predict the results on the key objectives and provide intelligent insights to Operations Leader
- Digitize & Automate the MI reports, data capture, workflows etc., through competent BI Solutions to have efficiency gains
- Manage computation of key performance indicators, process incentive pay out, Call Center team support for business units
