Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
Thorough knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR- related software.
