Qualification:
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-5 to 8 years of working experience in HR. (Must have UAE experience)
-Thorough understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management and reporting.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
-Arabic speaker is a plus
