HR Executive Position Available

Location: DIFC - Dubai (UAE)

We are currently seeking a dynamic HR Executive to join our team, with a strong focus on UAE labor law. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of knowledge in this area, ensuring compliance and best practices within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Manage and execute payroll processes efficiently. Prepare and finalize monthly payroll reports including WPS, bank transfer files and cash salaries.

Administer the DEWS (DIFC Employee Workplace Savings) plan, along with other employee benefit programs.

Preparing monthly employee costing.

Manages the HR Management system and ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Provide advisory services on legal compliance and HR policies.

Handle employee relations and resolve disputes amicably.

Participate in the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth integration of new hires.

Requirements:

4-5 years proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.

Deep understanding of UAE labor law is essential.

Experience in payroll management is highly preferred.

Knowledgeable about the DEWS system and its application.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with

discretion.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
