We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant (Reporting) to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial reporting processes.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements according to IFRS standards
Participate in month-end closing and consolidation processes
Assist with the preparation of statutory reports and parent company reporting packages
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting policies
Collaborate effectively with the finance team and other departments
Stay up-to-date on current accounting standards and best practices
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience in financial reporting, ideally within a large organization
Proven experience with month-end closing, consolidation, and statutory reporting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
A bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce (ACCA, CMA, CA, or CPA qualification mandatory)
