Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with at least 10 years of proven experience in project management, particularly in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing building projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality control. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the project, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
• Implement and enforce quality standards and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex construction projects, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, Microsoft Project, Procore).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
