Are you a seasoned Mechanical Supervisor with a passion for keeping production lines running smoothly?
We're seeking a highly motivated leader to oversee and guide our team of maintenance technicians at our fast-paced meat processing facility in the UAE.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Leading and supervising all mechanical maintenance activities, with a focus on proactive preventive maintenance.
Troubleshooting and repairing complex machinery used in our production lines, including equipment for forming, frying, cooking, grinding, mixing, smoking, and packaging.
Developing and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and efficiency.
Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential maintenance issues before they arise.
Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and reports, ensuring proper filing and archiving of machine manuals.
Ordering and tracking necessary spare parts to prevent disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
Prioritizing safety by adhering to all regulations and fostering a safety-conscious environment within the team.
To be successful, you will possess:
4-6 years of hands-on mechanical maintenance experience within the meat processing industry.
A strong understanding of mechanical systems and their operating principles.
Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair complex machinery.
Experience in developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
