*Job Description:

1. Project Management
- Manage and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays promptly.

2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and supervise construction teams, including contractors, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.

3. Resource Management:
- Coordinate the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment.
- Procure materials and services, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.

4. Quality Control:
- Implement quality assurance and quality control measures to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks at various stages of the construction process.
- Address any deficiencies or deviations from plans promptly.

5. Communication and Reporting:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory authorities.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, progress, and budget to senior management.
- Communicate effectively with all project participants to ensure clarity and alignment.

6. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and challenges associated with construction projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize disruptions and liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

7. Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate project performance and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned from previous projects.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations to enhance project delivery.

**Requirements and Skills:**
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in construction management, with a minimum of 15 years in a similar role "Preferred in UAE".
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and practices is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
