About the Role:
We are seeking highly experienced Cyber Security Consultants to provide expert advice and guidance on the setup of Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC) for our client in the UAE. The successful candidate(s) will play a pivotal role in assisting our client in establishing the infrastructure from scratch, with a focus on delivering NOC and SOC services to clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the client's team to assess their cybersecurity needs and requirements.
- Design, develop, and implement strategies for the setup and operation of NOC and SOC.
- Provide expert guidance on the selection and deployment of appropriate cybersecurity tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to ensure the security of the client's infrastructure.
- Establish protocols and procedures for monitoring, detecting, and responding to cybersecurity threats.
- Offer training and support to the client's staff to enhance their cybersecurity awareness and capabilities.
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and best practices to continuously improve the client's security posture.
- Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders as needed to support the client's cybersecurity objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing NOC and SOC environments.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure, protocols, and security mechanisms.
- Experience with cybersecurity risk assessment, incident response, and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex cybersecurity concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
