· Good people skills and a pleasant personality are essential.
· Knowledge of HR procedures is necessary.
· Being well-organized and managing time effectively is a must.
· Familiarity with HRIS software applications like Oasys is required.
· Attention to detail and dedication are highly valued.
· You need to be able to handle pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
· Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, are necessary.
