Job Title: Recruitment Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to achieve recruitment goals.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of the oil & gas, hospitality, and energy sectors.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and devise effective recruitment plans.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions, ensuring a high-quality talent pool.
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, networking to identify top talent.
Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or HR, Business Administration.
08 to 12 Years of proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on oil & gas, hospitality, or energy sectors.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques, including ATS platforms and sourcing methods.
Results-driven mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.
