Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Main Responsibilities:
Oversee office operations and cater to the needs of personnel assigned to the office.
Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the department.
Manage schedules for Department Managers and section heads, including agenda management.
Coordinate meetings, conferences, and business events, handling all arrangements.
Handle incoming calls, take messages, and address business-related inquiries.
Prepare and translate standard correspondence, documents, and presentations.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in French and English (speaking, writing, and reading) is essential.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in secretarial duties.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and IT tools.
