Legal Counsel
·Review, draft and negotiate large and complex licensing, subscription, SaaS, outsourcing agreements, distributor, reseller agreements, MSA’s for our customers in MEA, SEA and India. Drafts, redlines and responds to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s or customer terms & conditions. Identifies business objectives of the company for Licensing, Subscription, SaaS, Subcontracts, Amendments, AMC, CR’s and facilitates risk mitigation.

Legal Compliance
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling legal disputes and a deep understanding of compliance regulations. Additionally, the candidate should possess the skills to manage third-party compliance tools effectively.
