Finesse Global #hiring Test Lead – Payments, Location Dubai

· Graduate with at least 10 years of diversified experience in banking operations of which at least 2-3 yrs in Projects role
· Strong understanding of payment operations – International and Domestic Payments
· Techno-functional
· Assist in automation of projects for payment Operations
· Collaboration and assistance to Technology, vendor team & other stakeholders for smooth delivery of automation solution.
· Establish and drive governance for multiple projects
· Responsible for tracking the actionable and overall status of projects and highlight/escalate in case of any delays/blocks
· Prioritize projects and actions based on the agreed Metrics with business. Publishing MIS & Reports to senior stakeholders.
· Define and maintain the centralized project book of work
· Define TO-BE process basis AS-IS process inputs from Business Analyst
· Obtain cost and efforts estimates and timelines from Technology team
· Obtain necessary sign offs (BRD, FSD, UI/UX, SIT, UAT, Go-Live) and approvals (Cost, CRs, Closure)
· Monitor the progress of the projects and highlight/escalate in case of any delays/blocks
· Ensure regular project updates are shared with all stakeholders
· Ensure postproduction sanity checks, controls and SOP changes are in place
· Follow up with business owners to confirm the postproduction stability and benefits
· Establish change management framework
· Ownership of end-to-end life cycle of the projects
· Evangelize through demos and best practice sharing
