Position: Training Specialist
Salary: Up to AED 5,500
Work Location: DWC, Dubai (Transportation Available)
Having UAE Driving License is an advantage

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs by coordinating and collaborating with other departments.
- Design training programs that align with organizational goals and address identified needs.
- Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, handouts, exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels, utilizing a variety of delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post-training analysis and feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for program enhancements.
Manage time and workload effectively to meet the responsibilities and deadlines.
