Responsibilities:
Manage Inbound & Outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication script when handling different call types
Identifying caller needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions or alternatives
Handle inquiries accurately & provide solutions as per the defined SOPs
Retain all the training conducted over a period of time
Maintain excellent quality on all calls handled
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Perform all assigned tasks in an accurate manner
Work with minimum supervision
Deliver day to day KPIs
Requirements:
Graduate from any stream
Excellent spoken & written communication skills in both Arabic & English is a MUST
Willing to work in rotational shifts
Strong phone etiquette
Good typing skills
Customer focus
Working experience of 2 – 3 years in call centers
