Job Description: -
a. Working experience on BMC Remedy and BMC Client Management suite
b. Must have good understanding of ITIL processes
c. One of the resources must have working experience as IT Service Desk Team Lead while other three as Service Desk Agents
d. Must have good knowledge on Windows 10, Office, IE, Chrome, Adobe, etc.
e. Must have telephonic and remote desktop support capabilities
f. Must have good knowledge on telephone and email etiquettes
