We Are Hiring Helpdesk Engineer

Location: Abu Dhabi


We are hiring helpdesk engineer with 4 - 5 years experience for Abu Dhabi location.

Job Responsibilities:
End user support onsite or remote.
Excellent knowledge on MS Windows 10 operating system. Installation & troubleshooting or MS Office products
Strong troubleshooting knowledge of Outlook & O365 suites.
Hands on troubleshooting knowledge of LAN/WAN issue.
Ability to install/configure & trouble various types of printers.
Ability to configure email accounts on PC & Mobile devices.
Ability to work with in house applications & SCCM.
Very strong troubleshooting skills.
Ensure all calls logged in the ticketing system are resolved within SLA. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
Hands-on working knowledge on Windows Server 2008/2012/2016 & 2019.
Hands-on working Knowledge on active directory operations such as user creations, DNS / DHCP record updates, directory time and replication health check.
Knowledge on backup systems
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by users to the appropriate internal team.
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
Excellent attitude towards user support, possess strong communication skills.

Certification Required:
MCSE / MCP / MCSA / CCNA
ITIL – would be preferred
