HIRING for an authentic Bakery in Dubai!

a) PASTRY CHEF
Experience: min. 3 – 5 years (4-star must)
Requirement:
• Must be able to prepare breads.
• Should be able to decorate the food items.
• Should be well-versed with preparing all sorts of pastries/ cakes, etc.

b) COMMIS I
Experience: min. 3 years (4-star or free-standing environment must)

Note for both the roles:
> Degree or Diploma in Culinary arts is preferred.
> Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
> To be presently working at UAE, with understanding of the UAE hospitality market requirements.
> Excellent knowledge of using various relevant cooking methods, ingredients, equipment’s & processes.
> Ability to work long hours with a strong focus on operational excellence.
> Strong knowledge of HACCP.
