Duties and Responsibilities
- The candidate must be fluent in English.
- Immediately available to join the job.
- The support leadership team and other key stakeholders in formulating and establishing an investment strategy
- Establish investment criteria and governance with specific financial & strategic objectives
- Collaborate with Product & Business Development teams in studying competitors and identifying market opportunities
- Engage with the senior leadership team in formulating strategies and business plans for green-field investment initiatives
- Ongoing research on market trends highlighting commercial opportunities driven by demographics, geopolitical, and other macro-economic factors providing key insights
- Utilize relationships and networks to screen pipeline of investment opportunities
- Screen new opportunities red-flagging deal opportunities and risks
- Ongoing management of the deal flow prioritizing opportunities based on pre-determined criteria providing periodic updates
- Develop period communications and presentations on key initiatives and opportunities
- Lead and participate in key negotiation and deal structuring discussions with the counter-parties
- The candidate must have good coordination skills to join our team.
