We are looking to recruit Adult Speech Language Therapists / Pathologists to join our growing team at Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City (SSMC).

We are looking for candidates with either a BSc or Master’s degree in this specific field who are looking to broaden and develop their experience working in a large acute hospital setting.

We are looking for motivated and engaged clinicians with experience in the evaluation and treatment of both acute / chronic dysphagia, acquired communication disorders, voice and dysfluency. Experience with instrumental swallowing evaluation (VFSS / FEES) and tracheostomy is desirable but not essential.

Although we are looking for candidates with experience working with a wide range of adult patient populations (Medical, Surgical, Trauma, ICU, Oncology), we are looking to recruit clinicians who have experience working with the stroke and neurology population.

Any candidates applying for senior positions should have a minimum of 4 years’ experience working with an adult caseload and should have previous experience working in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Fluency in Arabic is desirable but not essential.
