Laboratory Quality Assurance Manager.

Requirements:
– Min 5 years experience in a similar post at Medical Laboratories.
– CAP, ISO 15189 accreditation experience.
– UAE based.
– Ready to join immediately.

This position will be in charge of the following tasks:
1. Manages all aspects of the clinical laboratory quality assurance program.

2. Ensures ongoing compliance with lab regulatory authorities through the establishment of lab quality management program.

3. Ensures the ongoing compliance with lab accreditation programs ISO 15189 – CAP.

4. Ensures that monthly quality reports are developed to establish/maintain focus on delivering a mature quality culture.

5. Oversees quality coordinators, lab supervisors to ensure the following tasks are completed.

6. Initiates, monitors and analyzes trends in laboratory performance to test performance, turnaround time, customer service, and other established lab KPI systems and process audits.
