Job Description
Position : Quality Controller
We are looking for an experienced QUALITY CONTROLLER preferably with Western background to join our team.

Salary range: AED 5000-6000
Experience: 2-3 years

Descriptions
* Guide the team about the quality of work to enhance the quality of the service
* Monitor customer satisfaction level and feedback
* Resolving quality related issues adhering the deadlines
*Prepare documentation of the inspection process which includes detailed reports and performance records.
*Recommend improvement measures to the team to ensure quality control standards are met.
*Conduct training with the employees for some specific processes and procedures regarding how to prevent flaws and work towards a smoother work flow.
*Coordinating and checking with the team for the tasks to be accomplished in daily basis (depending on the requirement of clients/ partners)
*Excellent knowledge of microsoft office
