Looking for Admin/Receptionist/HR Assistant

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for HR Manager
- Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
- Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding
- Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, and vacation
- Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
- Answer employees' questions and provide requested information
- Assist recruiters in posting job ads on career pages and processing received resumes
- Answer telephone calls and provide needed information
- Greeting, welcoming and directing visitors appropriately
- Communicate with public services when necessary.

Qualifications:
- Experience as an Administrator, HR Assistant, Reception or relevant
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
