LEVA Hotels is urgently hiring for Human Resources Manager with the minimum qualifications below:

– Who can join immediately (preferably cancelled or visit visa)
– Degree in Human Resources or related field
– Proven working experience as HR Manager in 4 or 5 star hotel
– People oriented and results driven
– Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
– Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
– Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
– Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
– In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
– Excellent emotional intelligence and decision-making skills, critical observation and digital skills.
