Dusit Princess Residences is in search of a competitive candidate who can join our team as a Chief Accountant.
Ideal candidate is someone with Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Major in Accounting & Finance and having at least 5 years of experience the UAE or other GCC country, leading a Hospitality Finance Department (3-5 Star International or Regional brand). Some finance and operational experience in Residential Real Estate properties would be an added benefit. Familiarity with Hospitality PMS (Opera, Web-Prolific or similar) and Real Estate PMS (e.g ePMS Leasing/Finance/Procurement ERP or similar) is also a must.
