PRO Partner Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate Structuring Executive to join their Dubai team.


The role will be to provide effective support to the Corporate Structuring Department by assisting in all things relating to company set up, to ensure a smooth and efficient service. The person will be responsible for providing support to new and existing clients; and will maintain a professional communication to the client throughout their incorporation, de registration, or liquidation.


Key Responsibilities

Assisting the Corporate Structuring Manager, Operations Manager, and the Business Development Department with enquires and research.
Liaise with PRO’s to ensure any company/license activity requirements are accurate and communicated to the team.
Research industry related publications and announcements
Process UAE formations, de registration's and liquidations
Liaise with PPG and external legal counsel to expedite the production of incorporation, de registration and liquidation documents

The following skills are required for this role:

Successful candidates will have 1-2+ years of relevant experience within the UAE.

Experience with UAE mainland and freezone company set-up
Experience with company Deregistration's
Experience with company Liquidations
Industry knowledge
Client relations
