Hiring for Field Sales Supervisor– Al Ajban Chicken role:

Role:
· Control, direct, and manage sales activities in assigned territory
· Lead and supervisor a team of van salesmen and merchandisers
· Achieve territory sales target and support individual team members to achieve their target
· Ensure product availability, visibility, and are coverage
· Ensure customer service in terms of order fulfilment, merchandising, frequency of service, and complaints handling
· Control wastage through forecast accuracy
· Negotiate and close big deals with wholesale customers
· Ensure collection within the agreed payment terms
· Adhere to company policies and procedures
· Interact and cooperate with other members in the organization for smooth operation

Requirements:
· 2-3 years’ experience as team leader in FMCG industry. Preferably poultry and/or dairy.
· Good spoken & written English. Arabic will be an advantage.
· Computer literate
· UAE light vehicle drivers’ license
