-Enable successful transition towards agile development methodology from a software testing perspective and achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering agile
-Ensure that necessary Quality Control processes are followed and applied in the space of platform, data and Infra initiatives
-Automate as much as can of the testing activities
-Improved balance of expertise between application and technology focused staff
-Keep current with new technologies & techniques
-Analyse root causes of issues and provide corrective actions
-Work with application to develop performance test strategy and plans
