· 5 years work experience in a first level IT Help Desk role.
· Experience in relevant Microsoft technologies, including Active Directory, outlook, mobile
devices, VPN technologies
· Experience in Banking Applications and Microsoft platforms (Preferred)
· PC repair and troubleshooting skills, Microsoft related certification is preferred.
· Service oriented mentality with a strong customer focus.
· Expertise in End user technologies
· Strong understanding on the technical aspects of mobile devices.
· Familiar with data transfers from IOS to Android and vice versa.
· Strong understanding of Avaya and Polycom functionalities.
· Familiar with latest EUS devices/platforms in the market.
· Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues.
