Calling clients using a given phone directory to buy/sell Products/services.
Answer incoming calls from prospective customers.
Use scripts to provide information about Products/Services offers, features, prices etc.
Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how Product or services work or meet their demands.
Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
Meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
Maintain client database accurately in a computer system
Schedule meetings with clients over the phone
Excellent communication skills especially English
Multilingual candidates are preferred not mandatory. Fluent English is a must.
