Looking for the Admin Secretary for our office in Abu Dhabi male or female.
Job Description.
· To make online vendors registration on the online portal of ADNOC, Takreer Weatherford, Schamberger, NDC etc
· Maintain the company record with proper coded procedures.
· Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals & correspondence.
· Assist for tenders filling and online documents submission.
· Must have excellent written/verbal communication skill.
· Expert in computer specially in typing on Excel & word for quotation preparation.
· Efficiently coordinate all the administrative tasks related to the company.
· Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) and respond efficiently to the enquiries from the staffs and clients.
· Having minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in relevant field.
Candidate must be minimum a graduate preferably bachelor’s degree.
Salary will be discussed upon interview.
