We are looking for skilled and driven professionals who can work under pressure and prove themselves to tackle obstacles in the busy kitchen environment.

Job role:

Selected candidates will report under the Head Chef. Roles include but not limited to:
1) Prep work: Portioning raw ingredients as per recipe and then preparing it to the requirements as per the recipe cards.
2) Assisting in preparing stocks and sauces as required by the head chef.
3) Cleaning of pots and pans for quick batch rotation.

Requirements:

1) Must have a valid residence visa for the UAE.
2) Multi cuisine experience is a must.
3) Must have catering experience or experience in a commercial kitchen producing at least 500-1000 meals a day.

Preferences:

1) Asian cuisine such as Oriental and Indian will be an advantage.
2) UAE driving license will be an advantage.
