Location: UAE

• Accurate Onboarding of DSP DAs during Ramp up to Prime and WF Peak

• Liaising between Station Operations team and DSP POCs.

• Daily review of DSP DAs performance

• Ensuring timely acceptance of next day routes by DSPs

• Lead the team of DSP POCs to adhere the Wave plan in the morning by each VP DA.

• Live monitoring of VP DAs performance

• VP DA engagement activities to keep them motivated

• Daily/weekly Performance review with DSP POCs.

• Connect with DSP POCs to clear the backlog of station.

• Tech savvy – MS Office, Smart phones


Prerequisites

• Should have UAE Driving license

• Knowledge of the Station service areas

• Conversant in Urdu and English

• Own Visa mandatory


Expected Working Hours

• The employee has to work 10 hours in a day and 6 days in a week. Candidate should be flexible to work in any shift as per Station Manager’s requirement.
