Job Role:
Lead of the kitchens brigade and ensure ongoing development of Team Members. Interviewing, training and able to comply to manning needs
Create menus that meet and exceed customers' needs and conform to brand standards, based on menu engineering, market trends and location/ guests needs
Responsible for menu development, implementation, costing cards, recipes and ensuring COGS is retained as per target, budget is supported throughout competitive menu, promotions
Oversee the operational management of the kitchen/s and Team Members
Build a reputation for the business by maintaining a talented and creative kitchen brigade, offering an innovation menu, and promising an exceptional culinary experience
Lead of the kitchens brigade and ensure ongoing development of Team Members. Interviewing, training and able to comply to manning needs
Manage the provision of food to Food and Beverage outlets and taking action where necessary to ensure compliance with current legislation
Requirements:
Open to Any nationals
Male, 45 years old and below
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as an Executive Chef in the UAE
Must have HACCP certificate
A business focused approach to managing outlets/ central/ cloud kitchen
Ability to build relationships, internal and external, to the outlets and the Company
Excellent communication skills
Valid UAE driving’s license
Excellent leadership skills
