Customer Service Representative – Job Description
We are seeking ot hire a Talented Customer Service Representative

· Candidate must have 2-3 years of Real Estate experience in Customer Service or Project handover Department.
· Manage customers and their requests by responding to questions and complaints through means such as telephone calls, emails, etc.
· Has the ability to resolve problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and following up to ensure the resolution
· Ensure successful implementation of agreed policies and procedures and also responsible for meeting and assisting customers with regard to their queries on their properties, Handling site walk-in customer visits, queries, and complaints for buildings/ Villas.
· Demonstrates a positive, enthusiastic, friendly attitude with customers
· Provides feedback and recommendations to management to improve processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
· Should have UAE experience
· Should have a Valid UAE driving License
