Job description:
• Documentation, Filing and keeping Employee Data up to date.
• Assist Recruitment Officer in recruitment process.
• Assist HR Department in documentations like salary certificates, bank coordination, internal memos etc.
• Assist HR Department in performance appraisal cycle.
• Implement the entire leave approval process.
• Maintain and download the biometric attendance data of all departments.
• Calculate staff monthly overtime and submit the same for approval for payroll.
• Manage the entire payroll process.
• Ensuring full cooperation within the organisation.

Candidates with minimum 2 years of impressive experience in the similar industry and HR background are given priority.

Qualification: Masters in Human Resources or similar

Experience: HR Assistant/ HR Coordinator - 1 to 2 years (Required)

Female candidate are given preference.
