Female Administrative Assistant required for an Audit & Finacial Consulting firm;
Responsibilities
Acting as the face of the entity and the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Following up on the manager/executive’s important tasks and deadlines.
Organizing meetings.
Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, on daily activities.
Managing databases, document control, and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative processes.·
Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.·
Various ad hoc requests.
Qualifications/ Requirements
Relevant work experience as a Secretary/ Administrative Assistant will be added advantage (freshers can also apply for the job).
A Bachelor's degree is a must.
Outstanding organizational & MS Office proficiency.
Ability to multitask and time management skills.
Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional discretion & efficiency.
Ability to work on own initiative·
Honesty and reliability.
Attention to detail.
