HR Manager, Dubai !!

Urgently hiring for an HR Manager who can manage both HR & Administrative duties.
This position is for one of the clients who are into the Retail Industry (Fruits & Vegetable Trading Service) based in Dubai.

Responsibilities
Should have experience in handling all the HR related matters from Recruitment until Exit, including Onboarding, Employee Relations & Engagement, Off boarding.
Set-Up and manage the HR Department by developing and implementing all HR policies, strategies and procedures and systems, across the organization aligned with UAE governing Laws.
Communicating with external partners
Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR related queries.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues and handling disciplinary processes.
Oversee General Administration functions.

Requirements
Bachelors Degree OR equivalent professional certification in HR.
Must have experience of Retail Industry with at least 3-5 years of experience in handling core HR / Admin management activities in UAE.
Knowledge of UAE labor legislation
Should have experience in handling blue collar workers.
Should have good verbal and written communication skills of English & Hindi
Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
Advanced computer skill
