Senior Customer Service Support Executive Required - Sharjah
Requirements:
- At least 8-12 years’ experience as a core customer support role.
- Should be capable of handling the team of call center.
- Excellent communication skills in English + Hindi.
- Candidate should have experience in handling Case Management Systems (CMS).
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree holder.
Due to the experience level we prefer candidates aged in between 32 & 38 years.
