Location: Abu Dhabi

We are Hiring--CAD TECHNICIANS(5) for Abu Dhabi office.

o Duration : 2 Months + 1 Month Extendable.
o Should be working 5 days per week and 9 hours/day (excluding lunch time).
o Work location: Abu Dhabi.
o Expected start date of work - ASAP.

Following are the job description / Responsibilities:
· Knowledge of CAD standards.
· Must have experience on the use of computer aided drafting software, such as Civil 3D and AutoCAD etc.
· Prepare electrical MV & LV cable and substation drawings.
· Prepare telecom & Street Lighting drawings External Networks.
· Prepare Potable water, Irrigation, Sewer & Strom water drawings (External Networks).
· Prepare CCTV drawings.
· Prepare Lighting, small Light & Power, Grounding & Lighting Layouts, Equipment’s & CCTV (Internal Networks) for small Buildings.
· Prepare single line diagram & Load Schedule Drawings.
· Prepare Building wiring, lighting drawings.
· Works with Design Leads and Engineers to develop engineering drawings consisting of basic arrangements, layouts, flow sheets, assemblies, isometrics, component details from rough sketches and/or from general engineering and design information according to established standards and procedures, and to ensure timely implementation and completion.
· Review each drawing for readability, presentation and adherence to standards, in accordance to company QA/QC process
· Good knowledge in content creation and able to create different types of parametric and non-parametric families
· Collaboration and coordination with other disciplines on design changes and model development tasks.
· Liaise with Project Engineers on information requirements, project progress, and any potential delays.
· Creating engineering drawings based on concepts, sketches, and requirements.
· Contribute to the effective functioning of the team by identifying with and contributing to the team’s objectives, communicating and sharing knowledge.
· Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Skills Requirements:
Diploma or degree in civil engineering
Minimum 10+ years of MEA/UAE CAD drafting experience in multi-disciplinary projects
Software experience required :
AutoCAD
Autodesk Civil 3D
Ability to communicate clearly in English
