Location: Abu Dhabi

We are hiring HR officer for our client in Abu Dhabi. Candidates handling, payroll, employee grievances, onboarding, etc, are required for this role.

1. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
3. Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications.
4. Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
5. Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including
but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and
investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
6. Monitoring staff performance, and attendance and maintain payroll activities.
7. Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
8. Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
9. Managing pensions and benefits administration.
10. Develop training and development programs.
11. Finalize the performance management processes.
12. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
13. Maintain employee records, according to policy and legal requirements.
14. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
15. Be a team player.
16. To do any other task will be assigned to you by the company CEO or any of the company managers.
