Designation: Jr. Operations Assistant
Your job scope includes:
· At least 1-2 years of experience in UAE - ideally within logistics/customer service/transport/shipping functions
·Exposure to customer service and logistics in Logistics, Shipping companies ideally
·Must be Self-motivated, Taking ownership of processes, Systematic approach to the role
· Customs Clearance Mirsal II
·Ensure appropriate coordination for Document Collection from shipping lines
·Transport coordination
·Bill Of Entry, Import and Export Clearance
·Fulfill any and all other tasks as deemed fit by the management
·Excellent communication skills
Essential:
Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years Fright Forwarding industry
Communication skills including proficiency in English
Computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
